This is a VINTAGE quality sign and/or plaque that was found at a garage sale.
HE WHO HAS THE FASTEST CART HAS THE BEST LIE!
It is a 4″ X 6″ Plaque that is almost 3/4″ thick. The Jade colored sign is placed on a gold metallic backing then attached to the Stone looking (actually wood) plaque.
It will come with the plastic Easel to display it on, but as you can see from the scans it can also be hung up.
It was designed by TULLER TROPHY FACTORY in Tucson, Arizona……Shipped in a solid box with bubble wrap and/or popcorn for protection…
